The number one priority at Chenal Valley Animal Hospital is to protect the health of our clients and staff. We are actively monitoring and following the guidance of the Arkansas Department of Health, Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the World Health Organization (WHO), as it relates to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. This will help us anticipate how the virus could possibly affect our employees, clients, and business in the coming weeks. CVAH clients and employee’s wellbeing remains our top priority.
When visiting CVAH, you will find hand sanitizer stations at both the entrance and exit. Every exam room has always been cleaned after every patient visit. We are taking extra measures to disinfect the door handles of every exam room after every patient visit as well. We are also disinfecting commonly touched surfaces all throughout the day.
To further assist our clients, if you are coming into CVAH to pick up any prescriptions or food; you may pay over the phone and call us when you arrive and one of our employees will bring it out to you. If you have an appointment and have concerns and would like to wait in your car until your appointment, please let us know.
We ask that if you are feeling ill, under quarantine or recently traveled by plane and your pet needs to be seen, that you let us know when scheduling your appointment; so that we may take the appropriate precautions.
We will continue to monitor all available information as we work through the current and emerging relevant Coronavirus impacts.
